HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
SELECT A PACKAGE
Select one (or multiple) packages - select the package information for more information.
STEP 2
FREE 45 MINUTE CONSULTATION TO DISCUSS YOUR SPECIAL EVENT
Either face to face or via messenger - we discuss the details of your special day, budget, guests list, time and theme.
We will then provide an invoice and conversational notes.
STEP 3
CONFIRM DATE, TIME AND GUEST NUMBERS.
To book The Jughead, a 25 % non refundable deposit of your selected package price is required.
STEP 4
**ALCOHOL CONFIRMED AND PAID DIRECTLY TO WHOLESALER
** If required an online account with a local alcohol wholesaler will be created, all items will be placed in the cart. You the customer are required to complete the online transaction with the wholesaler a week prior to the event.
Or we will provide you with a guide on where to purchase your alcohol.
STEP 5
ALCOHOL COLLECTED 24 HOURS BEFORE EVENT
We collect the alcohol on your behalf 24 hours prior to the event.
STEP 6
EVENT DAY
It’s Show Time - let us provide you and your guests with the best service.
We will arrive 1 hour prior to agreed service time.
We will send you a final invoice of the package(s) balance which will be required to be paid 7 days prior or post event.
