PACKAGE PRICING

All packages start with a free 45 minute consultation to get a deep understanding on your needs.

As a dry bar, we DO NOT provide alcohol. We help you create a detailed alcohol shopping list that matches your events needs and budget and we will collect the alcohol on your behalf 24 hours prior to the event.

For each package we provide a five-hour service, merely to show the max amount of service time.  We are happy to provide more service time at $50 an hour but will not reduce the package fee for less time.


When we arrive, we will come bearing the following:

  • 310Ltr Bar Chiller

  • 2No Bartenders and bar tools

  • Napkins, straws & disposable cups

  • Non-alcoholic beverages (a selection of four and water)

  • Mixers of cranberry, orange, pineapple juices, sour mix, club soda, tonic water, diet tonic, lime juice, simple syrup (when booked the Are You All In package)

  • Fruit for garnish (lemons, limes)

  • Professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)

  • Decor to spruce up the bar (discussed beforehand)

  • Arrive 2 hours before agreed start time

  • General Liability Insurance

Additional fuel costs will apply for location 60Km outside from Porirua

Our basic package is a great option if you are looking to serve beer and wine at your event.  Included in this five-hour service is:

  • The Jughead itself

  • Bar set up and break down

  • Ice and coolers

  • Napkins, straws & disposable cups

  • Two bartenders and bar tools needed

  • Non-alcoholic beverages (a selection of four and water)

  • Personalized menu planning

  • Alcohol ordering guide

  • Professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)

  • General Liability Insurance

Add On Include:

  • Additional Time ($50 per extra hour)

  • Additional Bartender will be needed for more than 75 guests ($100 per additional staff member)

  • Upgraded Design Package (Acrylic Bar Menu, Custom Signs, etc.)

  • Travel Expenses May Apply

Cost $1200 + $2 per person

DOWN TO BOOGIE

Our upgrade package is ideal for you, if you think most of your guests would prefer beer and wine but would like to add two signature drinks.
This is not our open bar option. Included in this five-hour service is:

  • Napkins, straws & disposable cups

  • Two bartender and bar tools needed

  • Non-alcoholic beverages (a selection of four and water)

  • Drink mixers

  • Fruit garnishes
